who are we ?

It is in Caracas, capital of Venezuela, that they decide to leave everything in order to realize their dream.

Chef Andrés Sandoval, a graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute, and his sweet Veronica Suñé, a business school graduate, are opening a bistronomic restaurant. 


They break the codes by offering rue Leynaud a cuisine that combines the subtlety of French cuisine with Latin spiciness. 

Composed of fresh products with flexible menus depending on the season, they revisit the classics by bringing them a whole new dimension.
